Erika learned about the 5 Senses in school. On Friday, I went to the school and we conducted a taste test with the four major tastes: Sweet, Sour, Salty, and Bitter. For bitter, we used unsweetened chocolate. It was hilarious to see the kids faces as they bit into it. Of course, the cupcakes helped smooth things over. We also had lemons and pretzels. Erika's face here isn't because of the lemon, she loves those...it's because of the bitter chocolate. Ha! She thought that she was getting chocolate candy....yea right!
