This year, we skipped the Texas State Fair and instead headed to the smaller (and better) South Plains Fair in Lubbock. We went with Cassie, Claire, and Noah and had the BEST time.

Why is it better? Just curious!! Ok forgive me for being a snob but I decided after my first year back to the fair in ohhhh..17 years... I don't like it!! I mean we can go see the animals any day of the week but those Carnies are just a little more than I can bear when were are dealing with my 3 year old!! Im just like please don't touch her... I will buckle her... and don't look at her either... I know that is tacky but they are seriously requiring... a bath... I'm just saying....
